From the year 2016, the Princess, is a luxury yacht built by the prestigious British shipyard PRINCESS YACHTS. With a length of 11.63 meters and a beam of 3.80 meters, it combines elegance, performance, and functionality.

On the exterior, it features a sharp bow and a hull designed to cut through the water efficiently, offering excellent performance and stability. The hardtop with a retractable roof allows for enjoyment of the sun or shade as desired.

The interior is designed to maximize the use of space, offering comfort and luxury. The salon includes a TV and an adjustable dining table that can be converted into an additional double bed.

It has two well-designed cabins: a master cabin with a double bed at the bow and a guest cabin with twin beds convertible to a double bed at the stern.

In terms of performance, the yacht is powered by two YANMAR-8LV-370Z diesel engines of 370HP with 400 hours of use, ensuring agile and efficient navigation, with exceptional maneuverability thanks to its joystick for easy docking.

The yacht is equipped with numerous extras, including underfloor heating in the bathroom, diesel heating, stern anchor system, air conditioning, and generator.

In January 2022, a major refit was carried out which included the installation of a new GPS plotter, antennas, transducer, radar, underwater lights, stern camera, and other improvements. In April 2024, a new retractable roof was installed.

The yacht has the VAT and Spanish Registration Tax paid.
